For Vinted UK, you can also paste a public advert link or import screenshot text, then review the details. SoloFoxAI Inventory does not connect to marketplace accounts or automatically post, change or remove adverts.

Correct missing facts together. If you want to compare responses to a new photo, title or price, try those changes one at a time. Activity does not prove why an item sold.

A few useful answers
Where are my checks and inventory saved?
Individual listing checks stay on your device. Smart Inventory saves the item details, adverts, notes and sales you choose to record in your private purchase account. Screenshots are read on your device and are not stored. Read the SoloFoxAI Inventory privacy notice.
Is it only for clothes or Vinted?
No. Inventory and entered-detail checks cover different item types and marketplaces. Advert-link reading and screenshot text import currently support Vinted UK. Follow the rules of the marketplace where you sell.
Does it connect to my marketplace account?
No. You provide and confirm the details. SoloFoxAI Inventory does not need your marketplace password or read private messages. Changes in inventory do not update your marketplace adverts.
What happens when I record a sale?
Record the amount the buyer paid for the item, the sale date and any costs. If you have other adverts for the same item, SoloFoxAI Inventory reminds you to close them yourself. An item disappearing from a profile is never enough to confirm a sale.
What does it do with screenshots and photos?
Screenshot import reads visible text on your device. Check the imported details yourself. If you choose an item photo, a small thumbnail is saved only in this browser or device. It is not uploaded, analysed by AI, synced or included in inventory backups. Keep your original photos. The app does not judge photo quality or authenticate an item.
Can it tell me what my item is worth?
No. You can compare asking prices that you choose, but these are not confirmed sale prices or a valuation. SoloFoxAI Inventory cannot know why an individual buyer has not bought and cannot guarantee views, offers or a sale.
I have already bought it. How do I sign in?
Open SoloFoxAI Inventory to return to your items. If you are asked to sign in, use the email from your Payhip receipt and the one-use code sent to that email. If you need help, visit Support.
