Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

This notice explains how SoloFoxAI® handles information across the public website, Seller Signal on the web and Android, and records from earlier private Android testing.

1) What this notice covers

This notice covers Seller Signal listing checks and Smart Inventory on the web, Seller Signal on Android, records from earlier private Android testing, browsing SoloFoxAI pages and contacting SoloFoxAI. The private tester group and applications are currently closed. Payhip handles website checkout, with Stripe as its card-payment provider. Google Play handles Android purchases.

2) Who we are

SoloFoxAI is a UK-based software brand and data controller. Privacy and support requests can be sent to [email protected].

3) Seller Signal listing information

Individual listing checks, unfinished drafts and follow-up checks stay in local browser or app storage on your device. You can delete saved checks in Seller Signal or clear the app’s data. Android backup is disabled for the app. Smart Inventory works differently: SoloFoxAI stores the public Vinted profile link you choose to save, reviewed item details, stock status, confirmed sales and seller-entered costs in its hosted database. These records belong to your verified purchase account and use a pseudonymous purchaser identifier; your purchase email is not copied into the inventory tables. A limited device cache can keep the latest copy readable during a temporary connection problem. Screenshot reading takes place on your device: SoloFoxAI does not receive or store the screenshot. You must check imported text before saving it to inventory. Do not include private conversations, payment information, addresses or other people’s personal information. Seller Signal does not sign in to, scrape, post to or control Vinted.

4) Purchase and access information

An existing website purchaser may choose to enter the email used at checkout. It is sent securely to the SoloFoxAI access service to confirm purchase entitlement. Google Play processes Android purchases and provides purchase status needed to unlock or restore access. SoloFoxAI may receive order, contact and transaction-reference information needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations.

5) Founding tester information

Applications and the private tester group are currently closed. For earlier applicants and participants, SoloFoxAI may retain name, Google email, device details, marketplace experience, participation agreements, invitation and test progress, feedback and support records, and any separate product-update choice. These records are used to manage and document that earlier testing and improve Seller Signal. They are held in a private dashboard restricted to the SoloFoxAI owner, are not public and are not shown to other testers. Product updates require a separate choice.

6) Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process limited technical records such as IP address, device or browser type, pages requested and timestamps to operate, protect and diagnose the service. SoloFoxAI does not use Seller Signal information for behavioural advertising and does not sell personal information.

7) How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide access, store the inventory and sales history you ask us to keep, calculate summaries from your own records, fulfil purchases, manage earlier testing records, answer enquiries, support and secure the service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. It is shared only with providers needed to publish, host, secure, sell and support the service, including hosting and security providers, Payhip, Stripe, Google Play and email providers, or with authorities and professional advisers where legally required.

8) Lawful bases

Where UK data-protection law applies, SoloFoxAI relies on contract to provide purchased access and requested test participation, consent for optional product updates, legitimate interests to operate and secure the service, and legal obligation where records must be retained.

9) Retention and deletion

Smart Inventory records remain until you delete an item or ask SoloFoxAI to delete the inventory attached to your purchase account. Deleting an item removes its inventory and event records together. A device may retain its latest cached copy until site data is cleared. Earlier tester applicants who were not selected are normally removed within 90 days after the relevant test closes; participation and feedback records may be kept for up to 24 months. Optional product updates continue until consent is withdrawn. Purchase and transaction records are retained as reasonably necessary to provide the one-time licence and meet accounting, fraud-prevention or legal obligations. You can delete local checks and individual inventory items yourself, and contact [email protected] to request correction or deletion of inventory, tester or purchase-account information. Some records may need to be retained where there is a lawful reason.

10) International processing and security

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Appropriate safeguards are used where required. SoloFoxAI limits access, uses encrypted connections and collects only the information needed for the stated purpose.

11) Rights and complaints

Where UK GDPR applies, individuals may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, depending on the circumstances. They may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

12) Children and changes

Seller Signal and its founding test are intended for adults aged 18 and over. This notice will be updated when services or data practices change, with the current date shown above.
