Open an existing purchase
Open existing-customer access and enter the email address from your Payhip receipt. If access is not confirmed, check the spelling, then email us with the receipt email and approximate purchase date.
You keep the access promised with your purchase.
Use a listing check
Start with one of your own Vinted listings. Enter the visible details and activity figures, review the suggestion and make any change yourself in Vinted.
If you import screenshot text, check every detected value. Do not include private conversations or other people’s personal information.
Find saved checks on another device
Saved checks in the current browser app stay on the browser and device you use. Clearing browser data or switching devices can make those local checks unavailable. Your purchase access is separate from those saved checks.
Smart Inventory is separate: your saved inventory and sales records belong to your purchase account and can be loaded after you sign in on another device.
