1) The service
Seller Signal by SoloFoxAI® provides listing checks, an inventory record and sales summaries based on the facts you supply and confirm about your own Vinted items. It does not connect to or control a Vinted account. Screenshot import reads visible text on your device and may make mistakes; you must check every imported value. It does not judge authenticity or automatically assess photo quality. Seller Signal is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted. You remain responsible for accurate descriptions, known flaws and following Vinted’s current rules.
2) Personal-use licence
A valid purchase provides a personal, non-transferable licence for your own listings. Listing checks and Smart Inventory are included in the current web offer. Existing purchasers keep access without paying again, and earlier purchases retain the licence scope presented at their checkout. The app and its content may not be shared, resold, redistributed, republished or sublicensed.
3) Purchases and access
Website purchases are processed by Payhip and Stripe. Android in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. The price and currency shown before purchase apply to that transaction. Website buyers use their purchase email; Android buyers unlock and restore through the Google Play account used for purchase.
4) Founding Android test
The private tester group and applications are currently closed. Existing participants should follow the terms and instructions given with their private invitation. Private test links must not be shared. A Google Play test transaction does not itself create a commercial licence.
5) No guaranteed marketplace outcome
Seller Signal suggests useful checks or changes from the information entered. It does not guarantee views, enquiries, offers or sales, and does not know Vinted’s ranking system or an individual buyer’s reasons. Asking-price comparisons are not confirmed sale prices or a market valuation. Smart Inventory totals describe your own confirmed records. You must confirm sales and their agreed prices; an item missing from a profile screenshot is not automatically treated as sold.
6) Availability and changes
Online access is required for the current experience. SoloFoxAI may maintain, improve or replace features while preserving the substance of a valid one-time licence. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control.
7) Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds and cancellation rights are handled in line with applicable UK consumer law and the terms presented by the checkout provider used for the purchase. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
8) Liability, contact and governing law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, SoloFoxAI is responsible only for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of breach.
